Our Mission

Men and Women of Action (MWOA) provides an opportunity for men and women to volunteer their skills in building projects around the world. Even though our main emphasis is coordinating construction teams, we also work with disaster relief and recovery, humanitarian projects, celebration teams, and discipleship training.

Our Impact in 2024

MWOA experienced a remarkable year in 2024, filled with blessings and impactful ministry. This year, we completed over 110 projects, including the construction of two churches in the Bahamas, disaster relief efforts, and transformative projects in Hawaii, Mozambique, and Trinidad, among many others. With even more projects in progress, lives continue to be impacted through church construction, disaster relief, and community restoration. We are especially grateful for the dedication of our 1,000+ volunteers who served both globally and across the U.S. Their unwavering commitment—especially those who responded to Hurricane Helene—fuels our mission to serve and transform communities.
