Without our volunteers, MWOA would not exist.
Every project is led by an experienced MWOA Project Leader. Our volunteer Project Leaders coordinate the construction logistics of the project as well as lead the team of 3-15 volunteers. Every project and every team are different. Some work with specialized skills, such as roofing or electrical, while others are general work or humanitarian aid teams. We can't wait to help you find the team that fits you!
